What is the Septuagint? A Two-Part Interview (with me)

With it being digital conference season, few people need more videos, digital calls, or screen time in their life. But since that lot falls to all of us — like it or not — I thought I’d post a two-part interview I did recently to consider adding to your watch-list.

These interviews were conducted through the Associates for Biblical Research, which according to its website “exists to serve the global Church of Jesus Christ through ministries that affirm and promote the full authority, reliability and inerrancy of the Scriptures.” Since 2017, they have also run a local TV program (WBPH TV-60 in Bethlehem, PA) called Digging for Truth, which focuses on archaeology and biblical studies with an apologetic approach. My interview aired recently on the program, and is now available online.

There are a wide range of fascinating interviews available on the Digging for Truth YouTube channel, including an interview with Dr. Michael J. Kruger, who is professor of New Testament and president of my own institution, RTS Charlotte. So I was delighted to be invited on to the program as well, specifically to speak to the basics of the Septuagint with the host of the program, Henry Smith. You can view the videos on the channel, or just clicking below.
